Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:
THOMAS LOPEZ, 28, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Attempted Aggravated Assault
DONZEL LAQUAN YOUNG, 30, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading with Vehicle and was sentenced to twenty-four months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
ADAM LEE NORTON, 46, of Thorndale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle
JOSHUA JAMES MARCEAUX, 36, of Houston, was sentenced to fifteen (15) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
COLBY WAYNE ENGLEMAN, 41, of Lexington, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for six (6) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams – Enhanced
JEREMY JEREMIAL CAMPOS GONZALES, 41, of Bartlett, was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Sexual Assault of a Child
ZACHARY DEWAYNE WHITE, 38, of Katy, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less then One Gram
HERRATIO DEKONTEE HOLMES, 39, of Cameron, was sentenced to three hundred sixty-five (365) days confinement in the Milam County Jail and was ordered to pay $500.00 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Accident Involving Injury – Failure to Stop
JOLANDA LEE ANN MCKELLAR, 46, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of SAFP and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $540 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
KURKLYN RAYEE DOWNEY, 24, of Milano, was placed on twenty-four (24) months Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000.00 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causing Bodily Injury
NIKI DARNETTE ROSS, 54, of Arlington, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-400 Grams
HUMBERTO RAMON DELEON, JR., 33, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle
TYLER JAMES SEWARD, 30, of Buckholts, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causes Bodily Injury
HECTOR CAMPOS-MARTINEZ, 23, of Buckholts, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions by Judge John W. Youngblood at the conclusion of a PreSentence Investigation and sentencing hearing. The Judge also ordered Campos-Martinez to pay $39,390.00 in restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Deadly Conduct – Discharge of Firearm
BRIAN LEON ROBINSON, 36, of Cameron, was sentenced to one hundred ninety-five (195) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft of Less than $2,500 with Priors and was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including a $2,500 fine and $12,043.09 in restitution to the victims after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle
LARRY LAWRENCE KENO, 22, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management Classes and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $3,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Continuous Violence Against the Family – Assault Family Member within Twelve Months
EVA MAE CARUTHER, 43, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four hundred twenty-six (426) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included State Jail Felony, Attempted Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence with Previous Conviction
MICHAEL BORGAS, 49, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Anger Management Classes and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence
DAILYNN LAQUEL RAMEY, 27, of Austin, was sentenced to twelve (12) months confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
CASEY ELAINE LABAT, 32, of Austin, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $1,200 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft $2,500 - $30K
TAYLOR AVERY COBBS, 29, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle
TAMMY LYNN HENRY, 44, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
VINCENT TYRON TAYLOR, 34, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $,2500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempted Assault on Security Officer
CASEY BRANDON ALLEN, 42, of Thorndale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including participation in Celebrate Recovery and one hundred sixty-three (163) days in the Milam County Jail and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $1705.00 in restitution after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempt to Take Weapon from Peace Officer
EFRAIN ANTONIO TREJO, 20, of Waco, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence
JIMMY DALE MILLS, 67, of Milano, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
CLAYTON LEON ROLLINS, 40, of Cypress, was sentenced to one hundred twenty-eight (128) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Criminal Trespass of Habitation
CHAD IAN MALIN, 48, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear; was sentenced to twelve (12) months confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Debit/Credit Card Abuse and was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to an additional 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear
RICARDO MARTINEZ, 26, of Cameron, was sentenced to six (6) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Sex Offender Duty to Register
RICHARD AVILA GRIJALVA, 31, of Dallas, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “true” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
PAMELA MARIE LATTIMER, 41, of Caldwell, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
