DISTRICT COURT CASES RESOLVED IN JUDGE YOUNGBLOOD'S COURT
Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:
CHRISTOPHER DEMON JOHNSON, 42, of Cameron, was sentenced to fourteen (14) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance 200-400 Grams
RALPH CONTRERAS, JR., 47, of Cameron, was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
JUAN RAMON SALOMON, 43, of Lexington, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
SENAIDA LEIGH LESLIE, 40, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Degree Felony, Lesser Included Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance 4-400 Grams
MATTHEW VARGAS, 36, of Cameron, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation Intend to Commit Other Felony
KELVIN EUGENE THOMPSON, 34, of Killeen, was sentenced to fifteen (15) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
JORDAN DESHAWN DEARY, 30, of Cameron, was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Injury to Elderly
TIMOTHY DAVID BEHNE, 21, of Round Rock, was sentenced to two hundred fifty (250) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
OSCAR RODRIGUEZ 41, of Cameron, was sentenced to nine (9) months in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included DWI 2nd
ALEJANDRO MANUEL VERDENCIA-RIOS, 43, of Houston, was sentenced to three hundred sixty-five (365) days confinement in the Milam County Jail, probated for twenty-four (24) months with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Anger Management Class and 40 hours community service along with no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay an $800 fine and $212.59 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, and $212.59 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault Causing Bodily Injury
ERMINIA ANITA BOSQUEZ, 20, of Pleasanton, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Burglary of Building
DUKE WAYNE TANNAHILL, 44, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $60 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Driving While Intoxicated with Child Under 15 Years of Age
SANTOS ADRIAN DOMINGUEZ, 28, of Cameron, was sentenced to twenty-four (24) months confinement in TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Theft Aversion Classes and 100 hours Community Service and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and $802.51 restitution after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Debit Card Abuse – Elderly
GUILLERMO OLVIARRI, 58, of Burlington, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, DWI 3rd or More
ROSEMARY MELISA MCCAMMON, 50, of Cameron, was sentenced to three hundred fifty-nine (359) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
TAMMY LEE TARLETON, 47, of Harker Heights, was sentenced to fifty-seven (57) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Criminal Mischief of Habitation
ARLANDO SETH AYALA, 44, of Bastrop, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
SHAN PHILLIP CRAGER, 46, of Cameron, was sentenced to one hundred sixty-nine (169) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault Family Violence
DARANEE DAWN LAHUE, 39, of Temple, was sentenced to three hundred eighty-five (385) days confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle
BOBBY COOK, 26, of Temple, was sentenced to three (3) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault
LONNIE RAY ENGLAND, 30, of Bryan, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for two (2) years and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Sex Offender Duty to Register
EDGARD QUINONES-LOPEZ 26, of Houston, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
ANTONY DAVID MARTINEZ HERRERA, 25, of Houston, was sentenced to thirty (30) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

GEORGE ISAIAH DURAN, 19, of College Station, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Theft Aversion class and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and complete 125 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation
DONDRICK LAMONT MOORE, 23, of Cameron was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Terroristic Threat of Police Officer
TRAVIS CARTER STANFORD, 43, of Cameron, was sentenced to one (1) years confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault
STONE THOMAS HAIRSTON, 35, of Rockdale, was sentenced to seven (7) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
COLEMAN LLOYD FEDERLE, 35, of Temple, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $10,000 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle
COBY JAMES TUCKER, 21, of Taylor, was placed on twelve (12) months Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and complete 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Marijuana 4 oz to 5 Pounds
GEORGE RAY KNIGHT, JR., 43, of Franklin, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advance Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence
JESSE CHARLES MITCHELL, 41, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and serve 125 days in the Milam County Jail as a condition of probation after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear
RUSTAN KELLI DRIVER-PENLAND, 40, of Temple, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

JONATHAN WAYNE BABB, 40, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $5,822 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Criminal Mischief $2,500 - $30,000
NADELIN NICHOLE SMITH, 37, of Cleveland, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $15,552.77 restitution to the victims after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Criminal Mischief $2,500 -$30,000
JOSEPH ROBERT HARWELL, 42, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management Classes, no contact with victim, GPS monitoring for the first year of probation along with curfew and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Stalking
KARLA SUE ALLEN, 44, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Attempted Prohibited Sexual Conduct with Ancestor/Descendant
ERIC MATTHEW LOPEZ, 24, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and 100 hours community service after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle
JAYCIE NICHOLE TANNAHILL, 23, of Milano, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and complete 160 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
BENNIE MORENO SALAZAR, 55, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advance Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $12,5551.54 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

ROBERT JAMES LATTA, III, 28, of McDade, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $1,109 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

BRYAN ADAM BANDA, 28, of Taylor, was placed on six (6) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $800 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity
TREVOR WILLIAM WELLS, 27, of Rockdale, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation
THAD RYAN SMITH, 45, of Temple, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation by Judge John W. Youngblood after a sentencing hearing and a pre-sentence investigation following Mr. Smith’s guilty plea to a 2nd Degree Felony, Attempted Arson. Mr. Smith was ordered to pay $427,705.86 restitution to the victim.
CLINT SCARBOROUGH, 54, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Drug Interdiction Class and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance
DAYQUON KEVIN ALEXANDER, 27, of Tomball, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading with Vehicle
JUSTIN TYRONE HARDWAY, 32, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Assault on a Peace Officer
DALLAS BRITT MONTOYA, 43, of Milano, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $198,200.68 in restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Intoxication Assault. The Court will consider “Shock Probation” at a later date and if probation is granted, the successful completion of SAFP will be a requirement of such probation.
PAUL ANTHONY BILLINGSLY, 46, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for ten (10) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of SAFP and he was ordered to a pay a $2,500 fine and $8,500 restitution after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation
BILLY CHARLES PEARSON, 58, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty a 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation
ANTHONY MICHAEL MURLEY, 33, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence
THOMAS DUANE TURNER, 49, of Taylor, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
