EIGHT NEW CASES TUESDAY

From County Judge Steve Young Tuesday night:\

Tuesday we have eight new confirmed cases of the virus in Milam County.  In addition we have two probable cases.  Nine active cases were discharged and five were added to the monitored list.  We tested eight individuals in Thorndale Tuesday, but we had no positive tests. 

 We will test in Milano Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  If you are a Milam County resident with symptoms come see us.

Milam County cases:

1.            Confirmed PCR cases – 509 up 8

2.            Active PCR cases – 9 – down 1

3.            Confirmed probable (antigen) cases – 60 – up 2

4.            Active antigen cases 11 – up 2

5.            Individuals monitored by the Health Department 69 – up 5

6.            Hospitalized 50 – no change

7.            Currently hospitalized 1 – no change

8.            Deaths 7 – no change
