Felony cases recently resolved in 20th Judicial District Court

Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:

 

CLIFFORD LEE STANBERY, 51, of Rockdale, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Promotion of Child Pornography

 

VICTOR MANUEL ORTIZ ORELLANA, 44, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Driving While Intoxicated 3rd  or More

 

BRANDON SHAIN LEGGETT, 39, of Rockdale, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Impede Breathing/Circulation

 

LOGAN TAYLOR DELLERMAN, 35, of Rockdale, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

JAMES ARTHUR WELLS, 52, of Rockdale, was sentenced to eighteen (18) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, DWI with Child Under 15 Years of Age

 

JAMISON BAINES, 35, of Cameron, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation Intend Assault

 

BRYAN ERIC PAGE, 55, of Lexington, was sentenced to six (6) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

JARED LYNN WOLF, 19, of Riesel, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

TIMOTHY JAMES LOHR, 44, of Temple, was placed on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Public Lewdness

 

GILBERT RAY LERMA, 49, of Thrall, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $1,074.29 in restitution to the victim and $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Theft $2,500 - $30,000

 

STACY ANN LEYSTRA AKA STACY ANN FARR, 46, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including forty (40) hours community service and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $3,350 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to the State Jail Felony, Burglary of Building

 

DAVID RAY GONZALES, 17, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management Classes and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Continuous Violence Against the Family

 

KARI DAWN SEWELL, 42, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

JAVON WILLIAMSON, 18, of Lexington, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

RONALD GENE MANTOOTH, 66, of Austin was sentenced to nine (9) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

WILFREDO ARTIGAS-GARCIA, 45, of Austin, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $902.56 to the victim after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Fraudulent Possession of Identifying Information More than 50 Items

 

JAMES WILLIS HILL, JR., 39, of Cameron, was sentenced to seven (7) years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay parole restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Attempted Aggravated Robbery with Deadly Weapon

 

STEVEN ALEXANDER WEINERT, 35, of Hatfield, Arkansas, was sentenced one hundred fifty-three (153) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included State Jail Felony, Attempted Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

CARLOS DWAYNE RUBIN, 47, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $2,215.79 restitution to the victims after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

JAMES LEE UHER, 46, of Rockdale, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram – Drug Free Zone
