Jackson arrested on one count of Promotion of Child Pornography

On January 25 the Milam County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Texas Attorney General’s Office Child Exploitation Unit in the execution of a search warrant at 2700 block of CR 306, Rockdale, Texas. The investigation began as a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) cyber tip from Instagram. The user uploaded a video of child pornography and transmitted it to another user, using the private messenger app.
Through the investigation, it was learned that the account belonged to Lucas Nathaniel Joseph Jackson.
He was arrested on one count of Promotion of Child Pornography, which is a 2nd Degree Felony.
