Milam County has 259 active, confirmed COVID cases

This evening we have 36 new cases to report and 28 cases to discharge leaving us with 259 active confirmed cases in the County.

Two individuals were hospitalized and one person was discharged. Buckholts and Rockdale schools are closed until January 18, 2022.

Also had 2 individuals admitted to the hospital and 1 individuals discharged from the hospitalized. Locally confirmed 0 Milam County COVID-19 fatality.

We will test tomorrow at the Cameron Fire Station in Cameron from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. We will test in Rockdale on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the former Rockdale Hospital.
