This past week in commissioners court we voted on candidates for new four year terms on the Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors.
Funny how the simple act of the year turning over into a new one can make us a little queasy.
If a year could be said to have been bipolar, 2017 was that year for Rockdale and its residents.
At this fall’s town hall meeting to discuss annexation, a comment reverberated in my head and stayed with me.
