FIVE NEW CASES TUESDAY

From County Judge Steve Young Tuesday night:

We have five new confirmed PCR and five new antigen cases to report in Milam County Tuesday.  One active PCR case and three active antigen cases were discharged.  No one was admitted to a hospital. We tested seventeen individuals in Thorndale Tuesday with four positive results.  Wednesday we will test in Milano from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the fire station. 

We also had a second case of reinfection, meaning the individual was infected and tested positive for the virus and then later had a second infection with a second positive test.

Milam County Cases:

1. Confirmed PCR cases 530 up 5
2. Confirmed active PCR cases in the County 12 up 4
3. Confirmed antigen cases 92 up 5
4. Confirmed antigen active cases in the County 17 up 2
5. Total active cases in the County – 29
6. Monitored individuals 90 down 6
7. Hospitalized 2 – no change
8. Deaths 7 – no change
