Third Suspect in local shooting arrested in Bellville

On June 14, 2023 at approximately 2:30 pm, members of the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Task Force arrested Isaac J. Carrizales of Rockdale, at a residence in Bellville, Austin County, Texas for the offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Murder. This is the third arrest subsequent to the Rockdale Police investigation of the April 27th shooting death of Jeffery McKinney Jr. in Rockdale.
