THREE 'NEW' CASES; COVID-19 COUNT 32 IN MILAM
Milam County Judge Steve Young said early Wednesday afternoon the county is up to 32 cases of COVID-19 with three new positive tests to report.
However, Young said one of the three cases was a "clerical error" and the person involved has already completed a two-week quarantine and "has no symptoms."
Young said that was a person who was tested out-of-county several weeks ago. "He was incorrectly listed as a resident of the county where he was tested, instead of place of residence, which was Milam County."
Young said the other two confirmed cases were family members of Case No. 29, which was announced Monday.
"We've been kind of looking for that to happen in this case," he said. All three are now quarantined.
