Stolen items recovered by Milam SO

A stolen trailer and skidsteer, reported stolen earlier in the week have been recovered by the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.

One industry that’s still coming to Rockdale from out-of-town is tree-trimming. They have been in Rockdale in force during recent weeks, COVID-19 or not. While some local residents have assumed the City of Rockdale has something to do with the perennial efforts to prune back limbs from power lines that is not the case. “I believe they contract with Oncor,” Barbara Holly, interim city manager, said. “We do not even know their schedule.” Reporter/Mike Brown
