Members of the Rockdale Earth Day committee recently presented Junior-High Librarian Brandy Beaver with a new book, an annual tradition. This year’s book is “The Photo Ark Vanishing:, The World’s Most Vulnerable Animals” by Joel Sartore. Pictured is Brandy Beaver, RJH librarian (middle) with Rockdale Earth Day committee members Joyce Dalley and Rey Mata. Also, recently, the Earth Day effort received a $25 gift certificate from Brett’s Backyard Barbecue.
