CAMERON—A Milam County Grand Jury handed down 42 indictments against 32 individuals Thursday, as follows, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey:
Gause Lady Bears will play St. Paul Lutheran of Thorndale in Gause at 5 p.m. Monday. Then on Monday, Sept. 2, they will be out for Labor Day.

Daniel Marek checked a rat trap last week and found something a bit larger, and scarier, than a rat. Marek said this copperhead measured between 20 and 22 inches.
