Robinson

WORCESTER, MA—Joseph Paul Robinson, 71, of Milano died Wednesday, March 14, 2018.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Robinson was born July 29, 1946, in Worcester, Massachusetts to Joseph L. and Jane (Bibeau) Robinson.

He received an associate’s degree from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Mr. Robinson worked for Touchtone Inc. in the I.T. department, retiring in 2009.

He served in the U.S. Army as an E5 sergeant from Sept. 22, 1966, to Sept. 10, 1968, before being honorably discharged.

He married Susan Gustavson on June 5, 1971, in Auburn, Massachusetts.

Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his father, Joseph L. Robinson; and his father-in-law, Roger Gustavson.

Survivors are his wife, Susan Robinson of Milano; a son, Michael J. Robinson and wife Jaime of Worcester, Massachusetts; a daughter, Patricia Rowan and husband Billy of Austin; his mother, Jane Bibeau Robinson of Worcester, Massachusetts; his mother-in-law, Jane Gustavson of Auburn, Massachusetts; and two brothers, James Robinson of Worcester, Massachusetts, and John Robinson of Rutland, Massachusetts; also, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
