Donna Macklin “Gran” Wilson, 75, formerly of Corryton, Tennessee, died Tuesday, June 5, 2018, in Thorndale from cancer.
Funeral service are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel in Knoxville, Tennessee, with Pastor Jonathan Tharpe of Out Reach Baptist Church in Knoxville, officiating. Entombment will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Knoxville.
Mrs. Wilson was born March 22, 1943, in Knoxville, Tennessee.
She worked as a CNA.
On July 3, 1959, she married Harvey Lee Macklin in Knoxville, Tennessee. After his death, she married Leslie Norman Wilson Jr.in Knoxville.
Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents, Fate William Hucklebee and Reva Edna (Cruze) Hucklebee; two brothers, Robert and Earnest Hucklebee; a sister, Laura Strange; and her husbands, Harvey Lee Macklin on March 15, 2002 and Leslie Norman Wilson Jr. on March 25, 2014.
Survivors are a son, Rickey Macklin and wife Connie of Knoxville, Tennessee; a daughter, Connie Rogers and husband Jesse Rogers Jr. of Thorndale, who she made her home with; and two sisters, Janet Noe and Beatrice Drinnen, both of Knoxville, Tennessee; also, six grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
