Gail Lee Fraley Noack died suddenly Thursday, March 14, 2019, in Galveston, after a weekend with her sisters.

Memorial services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday, March 22, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Pastor Scott Schaller of Trinity Lutheran Church in Taylor officiating.

Mrs. Noack was born March 28, 1954, in Mariemont, Ohio. She spent her early years on her great-grandfather’s farm.

She graduated from Mil-by Senior High School in 1972.

Mrs. Noack enjoyed golfing, spades, painting, was a wine and cheese expert, but most of all the “Yahtzee Queen.”

She loved spending time with her family and friends, and dubbed herself as “the party planner.”

Mrs. Noack was preceded in death by her husband, Roy T. “Scooter” Noack; her parents, Willis and Sharlene Fraley; and a sister, Brenda Thom.

Survivors are her children, Donna Hooper and husband Darrell, Karen Schramm and husband Randall, and Brandon Noack; her grandchildren, Kelsey Schiffner and husband Andrew and Lexie Hooper; her great-grandchildren, Cashiana Noack, Gavin Noack, Payton Schiffner, George Henry Schiffner and Anna Grace Schiffner; and her sisters, Karen Russell and husband Jerry, Vickie Gandy and husband Jim, Diane Kornblit and husband Sam, Lisa Olivier and husband David; also, numerous nieces and nephews.
