Dr. Charles Edwin Goss, 89, died peacefully at home in Rockdale on March 18, 2019. No memorial service will be held. Charles is survived by his children, Jeri, Diane, Blake and Cal Goss, and his granddaughter, Tabatha Goss. Donations in memory of Dr. Charles Goss may be made to Rockdale Senior Center, P.O.
