County man dies from COVID-19
A man in the southwestern section of the county died from COVID-19 on Friday, County Judge Steve Young said.
The man was in the hospital and was on a ventilator when he died.
One more person was admitted to a hospital over the past week.

Cumulative cases 549, up 7 from 542 .
Active cases (PCR test) — 7, which is down 2 from last week’s 9.
Confirmed (antigen) cases — 110, up 11 from 99.
Hospitalized 2— up 1 from last week.
Deaths— Eight, up one.

Tuesday—Thorndale, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Fireman’s Hall.
