Today's clinic is in Rockdale

Today the county will run a 500 dose Moderna clinic in Rockdale. 

"Our vaccination clinic was a big success. We administered 486 shots today (Thursday), with 483 first round and 3 second round shots," Milam County Judge Steve Young said. "Our phone lines were repaired today and the main number 254-697-7000 is back in service."

Download the consent forms, complete it and bring it to the clinic. This will save about 20 minutes. If you bring a completed form to the clinic there is no need to arrive ahead of your scheduled time as the county wants to get you in short order. 

"We are scheduling people to avoid a large crowd and the potential spread of the virus," he said.

The next free testing will be in Rockdale on Monday. So far, the county has tested 3,243 individuals with 957 positive infections which is a 29% positivity rate.
