Truck and tractor pull Friday, Saturday

The Rockdale Fair Association will hold the Texas Truck and Tractor Pull at the rodeo arena at Fair Park on June 11-12.

Friday night the pull will begin at 7 p.m. with dancing under the stars from 8 to 12 p.m., with music provided by The Other Band.

Saturday there will be a steak cook-off with cook’s choice category and set up starts at 10 a.m.

There will be bounce houses for the children and food booths through out the day and evening.

The trucks that will be competing will be on display before the competition

The pull Saturday begins at 6 p.m. 

The evening entertainment will also include a dance with music provided by The Billy Holt Band. 

Tickets will be sold at the gate for adults: $15, children 6-12: -$5 and  5 and under get in free.
