Schneebeli

Kittie Schneebeli, 90, of Rockdale died Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Winnie L Nursing Home in Cameron.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 30, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Brother Ellis McKinzie of Black Jack Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale.

Visitation is set for 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, at the funeral home. Mrs. Schneebeli was born April 29, 1932, in Hempstead to Otto Fritz and Beulah Alice (Duck) Wendt.

She graduated from high school in Hempstead.

On Nov. 20, 1955, she married Earl Schneebeli in Waller.

After their marriage, they moved to Rockdale and started their life and family.

Mrs. Schneebeli worked as a bookkeeper for Coffield Lumber Co., Barrington’s Auto Parts and various other local businesses.

She was a member of Rockdale First Assembly of God. She had a great love for the Lord, children and music.

Mrs. Schneebeli was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Schneebeli on June 6, 1999; her mother, Beulah in 1979; her father, Otto in 1981; two brothers, Willie Wendt and Wallace Lee Wendt; and five sisters, Lillie Kay Dethloff, Mary Elizabeth Stiebing, Beulah Bell Lee, Faith Treichel and Julia Mae McGill.

Surviving are her sons, Jack Schneebeli and wife Mary of Caldwell, Earl Wayne Schneebeli and wife Pattie of Rockdale; five grandchildren, Jake Schneebeli and wife Kristy, Aundrea Vegas and husband Dustin, Caleb Schneebeli, Jessica Schneebeli, Amanda Aguilar and husband Andrew Bo; and nine great-grandchildren, Korbin Schneebeli, Frankie Spearman, Jaxon Schneebeli, Jaden Mercer, Gavin Aguilar, Aiden Gonzales, Mia Schneebeli, Samantha Aguilar and Vanessalynn Aguilar.
