RISD announces Trick or Treat times and places

The district had an inquiry this morning about Halloween.
Rockdale ISD will host "Trunk or Treat" again at Tiger Stadium beginning at 5 p.m. on Monday, October 31.
The recommended hours for "Trick-or-Treating" in the City of Rockdale are 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, October 31.
