Fletcher

CAMERON—Patricia Ruth Fletcher, 81, of Cameron died Thursday, April 13, 2023, at her home near Cameron.

A memorial service will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday, May 7 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.

Mrs. Fletcher was born Aug. 30, 1941, in Fort Stanton, New Mexico, to William Harrison and Nona Lois (Hicks) Gould.

She attended school in Alamogordo, New Mexico, Las Cruses, New Mexico, and Texas A&M in El Paso.

On June 11, 1960, she married Hubert Lee Fletcher in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Mrs. Fletcher worked in car sales.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Fletcher on Oct. 24, 2021, and her parents.

Survivors are her daughters, Tammi Lynn Hernandez of Gatesville and Tracy Anne Hinshaw of Georgetown; a brother, Thomas William Gould of Bigfoot; five grandchildren, Kody Fletcher Hernandez, Taylor Lynn Hinshaw, Morgan Lee Halloway, Britney Bliss and Ashley Elizabeth Hinshaw; and nine great-grandchildren, Mason, Makenna, Miranda, Aiden, Ethan, Tegan, Owen, Gwen and Gretchen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Minerva Cemetery, 8525 County Road 306, Rockdale, TX 76567.
