Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:
ROBERT LEE REYNA, 41, of Taylor, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility
BRYAN ALMANZA, 23, of Taylor, was sentenced to seven (7) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation
BILLY JOE WALKER, 37, of Rockdale, was sentenced to seven (7) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Sexual Assault of a Child
ANTHONY WAYNE MALOY, 42, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) separate sentences of four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading to two (2) counts of 1st Degree Felony, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity
JOSE GERARDO LOZANO, 40, of Pasadena, Texas, was sentenced to nine (9) months confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
JUAN MANUEL SAUCEDO-GALLEGOS, 29, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempted Possession of Child Pornography
ABBIGAIL RENEE MEREDITH, 19, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one (1) year confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Terroristic Threat – Peace Officer
CARLA RENEE ALDERETE, 34, of Taylor, was sentenced to fifteen (15) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Attempted to Take Weapon from Peace Officer
DUSTIN DANIEL SINK, 38, of Jarrell, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ and ordered to pay $6,000 restitution to the victims after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation
RUBEN GONZALES, 51, of Rockdale, was sentenced to seven hundred fifty-five (755) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
JEFFREY DAVID MARSH, 62, of Rockdale, was sentenced to eighty-one (81) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class B Misdemeanor, Criminal Trespass
ROBERT JAMES LATTA, III, 28, of McDade, was sentenced to twelve (12) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
CLYDE WAYNE SEATON, 56, of Cameron, was sentenced to one (1) year in the Milam County Jail, probated for two (2) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, DWI 2nd
DARCIE EARL CLARK, 63, of Cameron, was placed on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Anger Management Classes after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault
AUDREY MARIE GAMBLE, 38, of Thorndale, was sentenced to two hundred twenty (220) days confinement in the Milam County after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
JADIZA JESSIE MARY BECK, 20, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 reimbursement to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
ALFONSO ALEJO, 47, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
ZACHARY LEE NORMAN, 35, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 reimbursement to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams
REGINA NICOLE HOBBS, 49, of Rockdale, was placed on twenty-four (24) months Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $1,210.00 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Theft $750 to $2,500
TOMAS SOLOMON, 28, of Cameron, was placed on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causing Bodily Injury
ROBERT JOHN TUBBS, 32, of Temple, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and perform 120 hours community service after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
WAYNE LYNN IRELAND, JR., 33, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $3,989.64 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Criminal Mischief $2,500 - $30k
BRANDI LYNN HORTON, 35, of Cameron, was placed on twenty-four (24) months Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causing Bodily Injury
ROBERT R. LUNA, 38, of Georgetown, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear
OSMAR GILBERTO ESPINOZA, 29, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) year confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence with Previous Convictions
DYLAN JOE TABOR, 29, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon
CARLENE JEANETTE GORDON, 55, of Sugarland, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Motor Vehicle
STEVEN CHARLES ELLIS, 54, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180.00 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams
JOSE ANGEL HERNANDEZ, 39, of Cameron, was sentenced to three (3) years TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Attempted Aggravated Kidnapping
CLINT SCARBOROUGH, 54, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for two (2) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of SAFP after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram and was sentenced to three (3) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
ALEX BROWN, 60, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $261 in restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Robbery
