GROUNDBREAKING FOR NEW NEIGHBORHOOD

Groundbreaking for Rockdale’s first master planned community, and the first new neighborhood since the 1980s, took place this morning on FM 487 at 8:30 a.m. City officials and representatives from Ranch Road Development were on hand. Construction begins tomorrow. See story in next week’s paper about the new development.
