Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:
KEVIN GENE BORDELON, 49, of Austin, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
LARRY DONNELL HILL, 60, of Killeen, was sentenced to seven (7) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation Intend to Commit other Felony
BRIAN LEE ALLEN, 42, of Killeen, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear
OTILIO RAMON LUCIO, 42, of Rockdale, was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity
BROSHON RENARD LEWIS, 43, of Temple, was sentenced to three hundred twenty-nine (329) days in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Theft of Less than $2,500 with Previous Convictions
LANDON HUNT RENFRO, 45, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
SETH RYAN INGRAM, 17, of Rogers, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Evading Arrest with Vehicle
TANNER SCOTT HOFFMAN, 29, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two hundred seventy-three (273) days in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Fail to Comply with Sex Offender Duty to Register
EDWARD CYRIL WILSON, III, 50, of Rockdale, was sentenced to twenty-four (24) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
ARLANDO SETH AYALA, 46, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Failure to Register – Enhanced
ERIC CHRISTOPHER OCHOA, 27 of Cedar Creek, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for a 3rd Degree, Tampering
JAMES EDWARD TURMAN, JR.53, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Accident Involving Injury
