Funeral services for Patricia “Tricia” Ann Pinker ton Bitner, 72 of Rockdale are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral home in Rockdale with Pastor Stephen Ammons presiding. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cameron.

Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service on Friday or Thursday afternoon 2:30-4:30 p.m.

Tricia was born in Cameron on Dec. 28, 1951, to Clyde Gillis Pinkerton Sr. and Nellie Jean (Kirk) Odstrcil. She was the oldest of 4 children.

She was a graduate of Rockdale High School and spent all of her life in Milam County.

Tricia was retired and loved spending time with her family and helping out at her son’s restaurant, Big Boys BBQ in Rockdale.

She loved playing games with her grandson. Being around friends and family is what made her happy.

Tricia was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Pinkerton Sr. and Nellie Kirk Odstrcil; step-dad, Walter Odstrcil; and her brother, Clyde “Bubba” Pinkerton Jr.

Tricia is survived by her husband, Curtis Evans of Rockdale; a son, Kenny Schneebeli of Rockdale; a grandson, David Schneebeli of Rockdale; a sister, Lisa Malone of Cameron; a brother, Mark Pinkerton and wife Michelle of Morgans Point; and many friends.

Pallbearers include George Malone, Mark Talley, Floyd Berry, Richard Garcia, Bud Houston and Hugh Ridout.
