CAMERON—Samuel “Sam” Dibble Jr., 71, of Grosebeck, died Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, in a Temple hospital.

F u n e r a l services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron. Burial will follow at Gause City Cemetery in Gause.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Dibble was born July 27, 1949, in Houston to Samuel and Margie (Walker) Dibble.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Mr. Dibble graduated from the University of Houston.

Survivors are two brothers, Mike Dibble of Longview and Mark Dibble of Cleveland, and a sister, Kay Dibble of Gause.
