Cameron—Barbara Marie Gavit, 49, of Houston died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, in a Houston hospital.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, Feb. 20, at Moffat Cemetery in Bell County.
Ms. Gavit was born Oct. 24, 1968, in Austin to Harvey and Lorene (Merkel) Gavit.
She worked in the food service business.
Ms. Gavit was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Payne; her parents; two brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include two biological daughters, Shanta Flow of Round Rock, Carla Flow of Rock-dale; a brother, Raymond Gavit of Hutto; two sisters, Helen Gavit and Deborah Flow, both of Rock-dale.
