Hubert

Carol Beth Hubert was born on Nov. 13, 1961 in Houston to Charles and Kittie Joyce Williams Hubert.

She passed away on Jan. 17, 2022, at her home in Bryan.

Carol was a graduate of Texas A & M University and had a very diverse career, including working as a claims adjuster for Texas Medical Liability Trust in Austin for many years.

She loved all animals and especially enjoyed riding horses at her father’s place near Milano. She always had at least two cats at her house and never let a stray go hungry.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Michelle Hubert; her parents; her stepmother Marie Hubert; a brother Jim Hubert; and grandparents Ralph and Jesse Hubert, Bennie Dee and Kittie Williams.

Survivors are her daughter, Nori Rose Hubert of Austin; a niece, Natalie Araya of Florida; and a nephew, Paul Hubert of Austin; also, one uncle, Jack Hubert of Bryan, and aunts Margaret Denman Gaston of Minerva, Shirley Killingsworth of Bryan and Dee Maines of Rockdale, along with numerous cousins.
