David Reagan Johnson, 68, of Rockdale died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, at his home in Rockdale.

S e r - vices were held Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home with Pastor Robert L. Love officiating. Burial was set for 3 p.m. Wednesday at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth.

Mr. Johnson was born May 22, 1952, in Fort Worth,to Robert and Helen Johnson.

He graduated from Arlington Heights High School and Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth.

Mr. Johnson was a member of First Assembly of God in Rockdale, where he played piano, counted the offering, and did yard work. He was a member of Calvary Cathedral and Central Christian in Fort Worth, where he sang in the choir.

Mr. Johnson enjoyed running, playing guitar, working out and yard work.

Survivors are a sister, Laura Kay Johnson Love and husband Robert; a niece, Rebecca Lee Love; and his cousins, Jeanne Cook, Jack Cook, Mark Williams, Glenn Williams, Kathy Fletcher and Loretta Shepherd.
