Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Lichtenhahn Perkins, 93, of Rockdale died Sunday, April 10, 2022, in Rockdale.

Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 14, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale, followed by burial at Sandy Creek Cemetery near Rockdale.

Mrs. Perkins was born Dec. 15, 1928, to Carl V. and Bertha G. (Bostwick) Lichtenhahn in St. Joseph, Missouri.

She graduated high school in Burnet.

On July 13, 1946, she married Donald L. Perkins in Burnet and they spent 72 years together until his death on July 15, 2018.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Bertha Lichtenhahn, and a daughter, Deborah L. Mimun.

Survivors are two daughters, Donna Perkins of Houston, Eileene Perkins of Rockdale; a son, Charles Perkins of Rockdale; two sisters, Sharlyn Bird and Charla Stark; her grandchildren, Tonja Moore, Dea Everett, Olivia Blackburn, Daniel Mimun and Aaron Mimun; her great-grandchildren, Ciera Jaynes, David Moore, Rachel Moore, Dylan Gereszek, Charlie Everett, Hazel Everett, William Everett, Marlena Mimun and Nora Everett; and her great-great-grandchildren, Elias Jaynes and Lorelai Moore.
