Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has modified its operations, which means the public should visit its website to do business with the state department.

While the COVID-19 pandemic has left schools in Milam County closed indefinitely, RISD athletic trainers continue to try to keep student athletes healthy and active during this hiatus.

With high school sports suspended, student athletes are staying active and their hard work is not going unnoticed as players are being recruited by colleges. The most recent commitment came last week, when RHS senior offensive tackle/nose guard Kaden Kruse committed to Wayland Baptist University.
