It’s almost Halloween in Rockdale and these families already have their houses decorated and ready to go. Above, a Nightmare Before Christmas theme is keeping Sixth Avenue festive. Below, another Sixth Avenue family has lots of ghosts and jack-o’-lanterns hanging from a big tree in the front yard. Bottom right, this family went all out on Redbud Lane. Take a drive by because you won’t believe your eyes. Bottom left, a house on Yokley where ghouls and spooky spiders reside. Middle left, scary dinosaurs and jack-o’-lanterns on the front lawn of this home on Brazos Street. And of course we have Jim and Shelley Eanes’ house on the upper left. They win the early bird prize every year and have had their house at the corner of Murray and Wilcox decorated for weeks.
Special thanks from pageant director Susan Boyddale Fair, 2019 did a super job emceeing the event.
