Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, these felony cases were resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court, for the period through April, 2021:
A 38 year-old Rockdale man was arrested Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. by officer Jeremiah Harden on a local warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a capias pro fine for theft (less than $100) and resisting, search or transport.
• Friday, 4:38 p.m., Rockdale VFD along with Rockdale police responded to a two-vehicle minor accident in front of Classic Bank.
