MIDDLE SCHOOL ALL-REGION BAND—These students auditioned and earned positions in the ATSSB Middle School All-Region Band. The auditions took place at Smithville High School on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021 and they participated in the clinic/concert on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022 in Bastrop. Not pictured are Destiney Bluford, 3rd Chair Clarinet Symphonic Band; Annabelle Henderson, 4th Chair Flute Symphonic Band and Illiana Roemelin, 12th Chair Flute Concert Band. The students were honored at last week’s school board meeting by school board member Charles Miles and Director of Bands Adrian Acevedo.
