In County Judge Steve Young’s column last week he talked about three different solar companies coming into Milam County. One in Milano, one in the Burlington area and the largest one at the former Alcoa property, Sandow Lakes Ranch.
Old wives tales are kind of strange but fun

My friend, Shari Seifert, taught me an old wives tale that I’ve adopted. The first person to say, “Rabbit! Rabbit! Rabbit!” on the first day of the month will have good luck all month long. And if you are the first to say it on January 1 you’ll have good luck all year long.
